Oat & Berry Acai Bowl

Ingredients

1/2 cup milk (use almond or soy-milk for non-dairy options)
1/3 cup traditional oats
1/2 ripe banana
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup frozen raspberries
1 tbsp white chia seeds
1 tsp acai powder
100g mixed berries
1 tbsp pistachios, chopped
2 tbsp Dried Cranberries
2 tsp freeze-dried pomegranate seeds
1 tbsp chia seeds

Steps

  1. Blend acai powder, milk, oats, banana, frozen berries until smooth.
  2. Give time for the mixture to thicken.
  3. Serve into a bowl and arrange the toppings; berries, pistachio and chia seeds. 

Crunchy Acai Bowl

Ingredients

1/2 cup almond milk
1/3 cup traditional oats
1/2 ripe banana
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup frozen raspberries
1 tsp acai powder
1/4 green apple, thinly sliced
20g pumpkin crunch
1 tbsp walnuts, toasted
1 tbsp pepitas

Steps

  1. Blend acai powder, milk, oats, banana, frozen berries until smooth.
  2. Give time for the mixture to thicken.
  3. Serve into a bowl and arrange the toppings; apple, pumpkin crunch, walnuts and pepitas.

Rainbow Acai Bowl

Ingredients

1/2 cup coconut yoghurt
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup frozen raspberries
1 tsp acai powder 
1 tsp white chia seeds
50g mango, sliced
1/4 ripe banana, sliced
2 strawberries, sliced
1 1/2 tbsp blueberries
1 tbsp pistachios, chopped, toasted
1 small orange, sliced

Steps

  1. Blend acai powder, yoghurt, frozen berries, chia seeds and mango until smooth.
  2. Give time for the mixture to thicken.
  3. Serve into a bowl and arrange the toppings; banana, strawberries, fresh blueberries, pistachio and oranges.
