Beautiful but not for smaller chests

"This dress is absolutely gorgeous! I was unsure of the exact color (labeled "bronze" but showing up as a burnt orange color in the photo), but it is a very true burnt orange/pumpkin color. The material has weight to it but isn't overly heavy, and the ties adjust easily. The only fault for me was the chest size - I'm a 32A (height 5'5", waist 25, hips 33) and the top is way too big for me, and falls open every time I move my arms. Fixing it up with an adhesive bra and some dress tape, but it was still a bummer to find that the XS wasn't as small up top. Otherwise - beautiful!"
