"This is the most adorable dress ever! I ordered it for myself for rush and it’s perfect! However, it is bigger than expected. I ordered an xs but it is a little loose. It is not noticeable on because it looks great, but it feels not as snug as I wanted. I’m 5’4 and here are my measurements: bust: 31 in waist: 24. 5 in hips: 33. 5 Even though it’s not tiny, I love it so much!!"
